To protect your information and securely take credit card payments online, we require an address verification check known as AVS. The AVS checks your billing address entered at checkout with your billing address on record with your credit card.

If your credit card is being rejected at checkout, please make sure that your browser is not auto-filling your billing address. Many times autofill will have incorrect address information or use a long form version of your ZIP code which your bank may not accept. Check your address and use your five digit zip code if you're having trouble.

If you've double checked your billing information and you're still unable to place an order, please check with your bank to see if they are rejecting the transaction for any other reason. Some banks require a safety check where your consent is required if they see unusual activity.
