If for any reason you wish to return an ERGO product within 90 days of receiving, you may do so without any questions asked. If the product was purchased through a Distributor or Dealer, please attempt to conduct the return through them. 

All products returned must be UNUSED & UNMODIFIED.

Customer must pay the shipping cost to return the product. Proof of purchase and restocking fees may be required.
